Before my big move, I was working diligently on this bit of lovely piecing.
It’s the City Sampler, by Tula Pink.
100 adorable 6 inch blocks, all different and in different colors.
Even if you don’t plan on making the whole quilt, you really should own this book!
I, however, am making…..the whole quilt.
Keeping track has been a serious thing, I’m telling ya!
Here’s are my suggestions.
1. Go in order. Don’t argue with me, I tried it the other way!
2. Don’t use the book as storage. It messes up the book.
3. If you want the pretty rainbow setting, keep your blocks in the same color family.
4. Enjoy the process. It’s fun because you turn the page, and the next block is totally different!
Have fun making tiny Tula blocks!
